| 1 | Help - Divorce and Marijuana UseCaution, I sort of went this route - once you tell the court you are an 'addict', there is no ifs ands or buts about it, they will ALWAYS see you as *AN ADDDIIICCCTT* and could possibly order monthly drug tests for years. Later on when you're fed up and tell the court it's unreasonable, they'll just see an addict trying to get high.
