Anything that works for you is fine as long as your bmi is at normal parameters, balance is everything, but if you need to loose some weight be aware that sugars need to be eliminated and carbs need to be reduced to a bare minimum, thankfully, in my case the cravings have gone away completely and avoiding sugars is the best way not to give in.
