1	Regarding "support structures" I think anyone can benefit from a good support structure and this does not equate to a group of "yes men"/"yes women". It can be just one person who is there for you and listens to you no matter what. They don't even have to offer you advice. For me, my support system has always been my fiancé and I try to be the same for him. He has been my rock through my father's death and my sister's recent overdose on painkillers.
