That's taken out of context. Christians teach the Immaculate Conception. The moment Jesus was conceived in Mary, the world rejoiced. So they follow that a baby is a baby at conception (science agrees with this) and thus destroying that life is murder. Cutting off a woman's hand doesn't provide life to another person.
I don't see a single preacher saying we should remove women's hands for touching a man. Unless you can find one, nobody should be made to practice this shit.
