There is no God. Gods are what people use to simulate order in their universe. It's a tool (or a crutch), nothing more.

So, a few thoughts. Nobody can make you want to succeed. I agree, all things considered, had I been given the choice of existance or non-existance, it might have been a tough decision, given what I know now. But we're here already. And, you're going to die at some point anyways. So why not try and do something with the time you have instead of sitting around talking about being a failure, waiting for your life to end? I mean that DOES sound pretty goddamn miserable to me. And it IS completely un…

This world exists in a state of corruption and degeneracy. I don't think anyone can argue against that. However, I believe it's your frame of reference that's holding you back. Life isn't fair. It never has been, in the entire history of the universe. Shit happens. You got to roll with the punches, fight back with all you got. My philosophy (and it hasn't always been this way): life without challenges is boring and insignificant. If everything was the way you wanted it, you'd likely hate it. Emb…

I've seen some shit too, bud. You sound depressed, man. I've been there. It gets better. Divorce helped. Now life is pretty awesome. No kids. No wife. Total freedom. I'm halfway through a comp sci degree... I'm optimistic on the future. AI will help solve much of our current reality. Edited to add: Just a suggestion, might want to talk to someone about your angst (like a professional). My brother had similar thoughts. He offed himself last year. Drowned himself. Pretty fucked up. Anyways, don't …

I understand where you're coming from, but that's a pretty defeatest outlook on life. We've come a long way. This too shall pass. The future is bright.

You know what I love about computer science? 3 things, primarily: Programming computers is incredibly cheap compared to other hobbies. It stimulates the mind. The whole world is dependent on what we can do with computers. Soon, everything will depend on the programmer (we're almost there, just need some more advances in robotics). Oh wait, there's also... Working in STEM means few women around. Sweet.

Vacation Resort in FL. Single bedroom condo in a very well-maintained paradise. Renting. May buy in 8 months if I still like it. Lots of tennis courts, beautiful places to run, and just the right amount of living space for a single guy with no kids. I can't complain.

We all die alone. She isnt going with you. Dangerous to rely on women that much... they have different goals, man. You are the only one in the relationship that feels the way you do. Sooner or later, she'll get pragmatic and will try and suck you into marriage. And then you are hosed, unless you can see what's going on and run the fuck away. But that takes willpower, and it takes an immunity to "love". It takes a clear mind. Love is nature's way of fucking you over. You have to be stronger than …

So, I kind of get the "feels so shallow and meaningless" that you refer to. I was feeling something similar 3 months into my MGTOW journey. Then I got laid this weekend, after a long self-imposed dry spell. With a woman 10 years younger than I am. Might turn into an extended friends with benefits. She seems to know the score. And I feel a lot better about myself now. The hell with self imposed dry spells... Edited to add: I'm still MGTOW.

While I agree the republican party is a farce, that's not entirely why Obama won. He won on a mandate of free shit.

It's not about being informed. It's about priorities. Women have priorities that quite often are in conflict with a healthy civilization. Someone who is emotionally unstable a MINIMUM of 5 days a month should not be allowed to vote. Example of why not: Barack Obama. Now I'm not saying no men voted for the guy, but he certainly had the majority of women in his back pocket with "yes we can" have whatever free shit he was promising. Too easy for libs to woo the woman voter.

I remember this "pook" guy from the "sosuave" don juan forums, back in my 20's when i was trying to figure out how to get laid more. He had quite the crowd of followers drinking up whatever he posted. Made himself out to be very successful with the ladies. I guess I can see why he wouldn't be a fan of MGTOW. Wonder why he's still posting on the internet if he's so damn good with women... He can have 'em!

(Check) So, in this thread alone, you and darkapplepolisher have managed to break every rule there is for this subreddit. Nice job.

$150k... i hope that's for a medical doctorate or something similarly well paying... even then, working half the year won't be sufficient. We're talking 30 year mortgage payment here. Disengenuous to use her to help pay off your debt. But if that doesn't bother you then go ahead, I guess. I couldn't do it. Had it done to me. Guess you'd be helping out evening up the score...

Nope. This whole problem came from suffrage. You give them the vote, you set civilization up for failure. You think you can give equality and it'll just stop right there and they'll play nice? How do you think things got to be as they are now? Pull off MY blinders? Stop drinking the white knight koolaid, man. We're where we are now because dumbasses 80 years ago fucked it all up.

My money and my time are my own. I buy what I want. I sleep in all I want. I work out all I want. I feel bad for the married guys (I was one, so I understand). My mom wants me to settle down and get married again. But my dad... I can see it in his eyes when the topic comes up and I tell them how much better I'm enjoying life... I swear it's like this hidden secret. You spend all your early adult life being driven by nature/hormones to fuck everything with a pulse and fall in love and get married…

Ok, so two questions: Did you notice less interest in women altogether after your vasectomy? They say it doesnt effect sex drive, so maybe my lowered sexual interest in them is MGTOW driven, or age driven (im 33), or whatever. It's noticible enough, and really, it's kind of nice. Just curious. Why the reversal? Sex frequency related or you just really wanted kids? The sex frequency could be fixed by just not telling them. How long until the reversal? That shit is expensive, so you must have had …

It's because they are fake. There's nothing real about today's women. Fake tits. Fake body (lipo/spankz/whatever) Fake face (makeup/plastic surgury) Fake hair (extensions, hair dye) If you think about it, they're lying to you before you ever even have a conversation with them.

/r/MGTOW30/09/14 01:41 AM

I agree. Can I just say that I find the misuse of the term brother and sister quite annoying? Furthermore, I instantly dismiss anyone who uses "bro" when referring to someone as a low class neanderthol. As a guy who uses the gym everyday, I find the gym culture meme "do you even lift, bro?" to be completely retarded.

Well damn, dude, you've got me coming along to your line of thinking. But tell me then, why do men "cheat" on their wives, even after their children are born... wouldnt this go against evolutionary success if you are correct that man has to stick around for 16 years or so?

Oh it's interesting, all right. I recently told a female friend I had just had a vasectomy (to see her reaction) after we both agreed that kids were completely undesirable. Hilarious. That evening ended pretty quickly after that!

Your point is taken, but I think it largely applies to recent history (last 10,000-20,000 years or so). It's widely held that neanderthal's childhood was brief. I'm reading months, maybe a couple of years. 18 years? Nope. That is a recent development. So is monogomy (again, developed in last 10,000 - 20,000 years). Before then, civilization and society played much smaller role in behavior. That's what I was talking about.

I like comparing us to the overwhelming majority of the rest of the animal kingdom. Females only care about their offspring and do the raising. They're genetically programmed for it. Males compete for the ability to mate. That's what we're genetically programmed to do. I can't think of another species (i'm sure they exist - apes, perhaps?) where the male sticks around for 18 years with one mate to help raise the young. Why do we do it? Simple. We do it because of social, not genetic, programming…

When you attack someone you do not get to play the victim card just because you are female. That type of thinking is pure misogyny. This. If a male did what she did, everyone would say "well duh, he had it coming." Fuck chivalry.

Having sex can be great. What happens before and after having sex usually isn't all that great. You have to weigh the pros/cons to determine risk/reward. Few minutes or more of fun, but at what cost? Usually its a hell of a lot easier for me to rub one out and then I stop thinking about it.

I feel like I am playing with fire by not video recording every sexual encounter I have with a woman these days. You are a braver man than I. After an ordeal like that, I wouldn't let a woman near my place. All sexual encounters would be anonymous, at their place or hotel, with no phone numbers/identifiable info given. Sucks, but that's the way the world works. Society is not on our side. You have to act like a criminal to avoid becoming a criminal...

Since when does MGTOW = homophobe? How does being bisexual or homosexual disqualify one for MGTOW status?
/r/MGTOW05/09/14 12:23 PM

No. Waaaay too much legal liability. Best friends can split up as well, you know. Granted, I'd rather divorce a man than a woman (logic can actually be used), but I just don't see the benefit to giving up your legal autonomy.

Here's where I'm at: 26M, single, working full-time, no college, dealing with insecurities relating to my unimpressive income, material worth and worldly accomplishments. I haven't found any calling or purpose, and am afraid of being an undriven, unmotivated loser, especially because of the pressures on men to be "human doings," as you put it. If it's important to you, and it sounds like it is, put all your free time into fixing this. There's your calling and purpose. You must have something tha…

Are you displeased with women or society as a whole or both? Why? Meh. I don't despise women in general, but I've found them to usually be annoying. Most of them aren't all that physically attractive to me, and the ones that are know it and expect you to work hard (read: spend money) for the pleasure of having their company. Society is pretty fucked up in its current state -- so yes, you could say I am displeased with it. Would you live in a womanless society or not? Why? I would. Imagine how mu…

It was supposed to be a good deal for both parties. Turned out she had no problem telling some pretty convincing lies. It was a dumb mistake on my part getting involved with her, and frankly it has left me not trusting my own judgement. I can see how there might be minor regrets later on, but the deed is done, and I won't try and get it reversed. I'm never telling my parents. I was born sterile for all they know.

If I need kids for some strange reason (highly unlikely), I'll adopt. There's nothing particularly special about my DNA to merit payment plans to store my frozen sperm. I was a stepdad to a 3 year old and helped raise her to 7 years old. I didnt particularly enjoy it. She could be incredibly sweet at times, but that was maybe 20% of the time. I'll admit, you cant just categorize a person as one of 16 personality types. The full spectrum has a bit more granularity than that. Meh, maybe it is all just bullshit. Fun to analyze yourself, I guess. I like the horoscope analogy. I guess it is pretty contrary to MGTOW. I mean, how are you supposed to go your own way if you're predetermined to behave like your MBTI?

I was the only one who worked (she refused to even look for a job, so she provided nothing financially -- not what we agreed to prior to the marriage). While deployed, she ran up $10k in credit card debt on my "emergency use only" card. I didnt find out until i ran a yearly credit report on myself. Once things got to the point I wanted a divorce, she transferred the entire balance of "our" checking/savings accounts ($18k) to an individual account, never to be seen again. Make sure it's really what you want to do. I thought it'd be a dream job myself, but until you try it for a while you can't know for sure. Some guys get airsick, etc. Also, its a pretty niche skillset, doesnt translate well into other non-flying careers. Easy to get stuck into "easy" military life where everything is figured out for you. Being gone all the time sucked for me, but that may just be me. Grass is always greener, but after 10 years im looking forwards to getting some freedom back.
