Physical strength is the last of the things to worry about. And Imo the reverse (woman older than man) is even more shamed. From my experience my exgf was a woman older than me and everyone acted surprised when I told them her age. Even my (whole) family got against the relationship. In the end I finished it because there was an obvious POWER DIFFERENCE, not physical as you say, but emotional control and being manipulative. As a metalhead too, but with short hair and now wearing a khaki sweater and white air max, I have to say I understand your point. But sometimes it’s fun to push your boundaries with your style and find some things that YOU like and not what the metal code says lml. If you love the metal style it’s perfect, But what I’m trying to say is that if you see some cool sneakers or a fancy hoodie that you innerly like, don’t be like: “oh it’s not black, I don’t like it” because you’d be lying to yourself…

Go to a gym and compare how many men and women are there🤣. A lot of girls just don’t work out because their body fat is not necessary to be that low as for men, being in the mean in those terms is good-looking and they get the attention they want. I get your point as I am focusing in those things lately too. But what do you think on things such as doing a hobby (playing guitar in my case) or going out with some friends? Do them count as distractions following your criteria?
