Why? I really don't see any issue with both partners keeping their respective surnames, or whatever works for them. If the woman wants to take the mans surname then go for it, or vice versa. Like what's the big deal here?

I definitely would not feel comfortable having underage kids train how to use a gun and other basic military training, that's a bit too young. Where I live men do get compensated for it, they get daily money and can get their rent paid, free healthcare and you can get a free drivers lisence from the military etc. Loads of benefits. But the draft should still include women as well. Ideally the best individuals out of both genders and those who want to go should be drafted. That way everyone won't have to go out of one gender

There's pride in that here, they are your countrymen and equals. My brothers in arms. Everyone has to go thorough the same training and experiences, the officers and superiors are of no exeption. We have mandatory service for a reason, we can't survive without it. So it's not a question about joining or not joining, but do you want to survive next to Russia or not. It's because the soldiers are in service, they should not stand out while in service. On vacations and outside of uniform you can wear whatever, but while in service we are all supposed to look the same/uniform. It's about a sense of belonging, it is very highly enforced in the military, shared punishments etc. But yes :D

In the Finnish military the hair regulations are the same for males and females, both can grow their hair out (It just needs to be in a bun) or shave it. Basically any tidy hairdo is allowed, but not dying your hair

I do understand your point but I think it's a joint effort, we are all just human. It's not really about who did what and so on, just about equity and everyone working together and pulling their own weight. If the technology wasn't built by men, it would have been by women later and so on. Also it's not a one man job, everything requires a team. And that team consists of both women and men. Only men don't build houses, electrical grids etc. We need both genders together to succeed and do things

Because we can't fit all 18-29 year population in the military. It would need a system to incorporate. That would create many problems and would take years to incorporate. We have voluntary system for women, and the numbers of female enlistenment increase every year. I'm not saying the draft is a privilige, it's a necessity for our country to survive. It's our duty and also our way to "pay back" to this society.
