Yes I realized that she is bpd after my best friend who has a bpd brother told me show signs lots of signs of it. I called her to tell her she’s bpd and she kind of laughed it off and didn’t take me seriously at all

I think it’s okay to start out that way, I did. But eventually it should evolve to doing it for yourself which is where I’m at now.

There is a psychology term for that but I can’t recall what it is called. Basically when you’re in a group you’re not as embarrassed when you do goofy things because the embarrassment is passed onto all of you and you guys usually just find it funny where as if you were alone and you got shut down by a girl or did something stupid it would just be embarrassing.

I think it was so many factors, age being a huge one and her never being fully over her ex. Your life priorities are much different at the age of 25 as opposed to 31

I don’t think that’s what I need right now. What is hamstering?

She sure didn’t act like it leading me on with the future like that

This was the best advice I’ve received. Thank you. I screenshot it to remind myself when I’m feeling low

the last sentence makes me feel better but man you guys are rough. A breakup is a breakup they are never easy. At least I never crawled back to her and begged for her.

Your cold advice is not really helping. You’re telling me you’d just as much prefer a girl you have 0 connection with and struggle to have a conversation with as a girl hat you do connect with and enjoy your time with? That’s bullshit. Stop trying to act so alpha and red pill

Yes I understand that. But she was a much higher quality woman than all the younger girls I dated and that’s what makes this so hard

Oh I’ll be able to get a new girl, but it will just be shallow sex. Are you really that shallow that you don’t value emotional connections? Have you experienced love? I’ve had my fair share of women and I can tell you a relationship is much more rewarding than casual sex.

I’m crying about the connection we had. I have never felt closer to another person before

I was actually the most confident I’ve ever been, and my friends would agree. This girl just ripped my heart out and when somebody who you felt very close to breaks up with you I feel as if they think you aren’t good enough for them. I think this is most definitely a normal feeling to experience after a breakup

She destroyed my esteem. I was so confident before this

Don’t really understand how she’s a bum

I really think you nailed it on the head. It sucks because I know I’ll be better than him when I’m his age. I will grow so much in 9 years. It definitely tanked my confidence and makes me feel like I’m not good enough

If she clicked with me then how am I a rebound?

Yeah, I learned my lesson after this one. Definitely had a fun run with her though. Too bad she could not overcome her past damages

He really did not seem all that alpha though. He’s got a low sex drive and smokes a lot of weed. He’s also just a web developer while I’m studying to be an engineer. I don’t think I was her rebound. She dated a guy before me

Except she’s not going to act like that. She is mature in some ways. I know she’s not going to try and manipulate. I will probably not hear from her again honestly. I just have no idea what’s going on in her head but I am starting to believe more and more that I dodged a bullet

Borderline what?
/r/askTRP15/03/19 03:18 AM

No. She was very impulsive and acted on what she felt was right. She was a strange girl but I loved her. She caught me completely off guard and I still have no idea what happened.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
