Yea I know that well. The worst of mine was right at the end. Every time I stopped my mind was filled with nothing but thoughts on everything that went wrong, all the mistakes I made or even the decisions I truly believe were the only choice. I was constantly explaining and exploring in my head. It got to the point I tried to never stop. I tried to smoke as much weed as I could to where I never had to think. I tried to stay lost in games to where that's all I had to think about. Those worked, fo…

Mine was gone within a couple weeks of my diagnosis. Nothing about me changed but once a name was put to it she did almost immediately. I checked into the hospital because I was getting very suicidal and she kicked me out a few weeks later.

Almost the same here, married 4 years and together 7. My wife has redefined our entire relationship by my depression so I would say yes, I know exactly how you feel. Since I got the divorce papers a few months ago I have been through horrible depression, the worst of my life, and so much regret it's insane. But I've come to understand that logically it wasn't all me, especially at the end. You are absolutely right that the right person would have stuck by you. That's what we need to keep in fron…

You can request all that and it can be denied, as I found out.

Everyone acts like a lawyer is some magic bullet when the whole system is rigged against you. Lawyers can't do a damn thing.

Keep on the track you're on and you will never get to see your kid. You have no idea how bad it will get.

This is just the beginning. Wait until you go to court a dozen times, costing thousands each time, only for nothing at all to change. If I could take back the last 7 years of my life I would have saved the heartache and money and just ghosted them all at the beginning.

You're being petty as hell and the person that's going to suffer the most for that is your kid.

a partner that has been taught that they are a prize instead of a being part of a team I never thought about it this way but it very accurately sums up the last few months of my relationship. It's pretty fucked up.

What exactly are you suggesting? Anything other than giving her the right to choose is monstrous. Do you expect the government to step in and force her to have an abortion? Or for the kid to be forced to be raised in foster care?

Physical danger is the least of the worries when dealing with a malevolent narcissist.

This fight will define the rest of your life. You need help and not the strangers on the internet kind. Throw everything you have into fighting this in an intelligent and effective way or you will regret it for the rest of your life.

Fuck off with your sensational bullshit. If you don't have facts to share then shut the fuck up. There's enough bullshit going around without you spewing it out your mouth as well. Seriously.

Yea that's exactly where I'm at. I've been married for almost my entire adult life. It's past time I started living for myself.

I'm enjoying not having to watch her son abuse her blind father. That's pretty much it though. I miss her and our life together pretty bad.

I went through the same thing. There's really not much you can do. Sorry this is happening to you. It's one of the most evil things someone can do to another person. People go to prison for less.

She definitely has changed and is no longer the girl i fell in love with This is key. Remind yourself of this every time you feel that twinge. It helps me at least.

I honestly can't tell why the mudslinging has been happening to the MRA group as a whole For the last decade or so modern feminism, at least in the west, has been far more about hurting men than helping women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
