1	Scenario that makes rape okay? Another situation where rape would be okay is as a punishment. We already have precedent. People are executed for certain crimes. This is a real violation of their bodily autonomy yet we carry it out and without their consent as punishment. If we legislated that certain crimes would be punished by rape then it would be okay to rape women who commit those crimes.
