31	"If you must break, break into a weapon, not into pieces." I found the red pill around the time my dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness. It was clear as day that I had to be the rock to hold it together and get my other family members through it, while my mother and sisters were struggling with keeping their emotions in check. 2	Your commitment is worthless if you have nothing to offer.
