Her post contained absolutely no implication she was asking for anything other than how to “save” her marriage. It was like reading one of those true crime stories where you can’t believe everything the murderers did but before the sad conclusion. Evidence from legalized countries supports the idea that there is a veritable explosion in trafficking, even of children, because it is easier to hide in plain sight. Just decriminalizing it doesn’t work. I have yet to see anything other than hypothetical reasoning from the legalization crowd. I do think no prostitute or sex worker should go to jail for that, just like no heroin user should. But I’m not sure pimps, johns, and heroin dealers don’t belong in jail.
