In past 12 months I’ve been in over 10 countries for extended periods of time due to work. Africa and Asia mostly . All girls I fucked in those places (approx 20) were not out for money / visas . They mostly just wanted to get fucked by a white guy (I’m average looking guy with some basic game) . All from tinder and all very willing). Just got back from a 6 week period in Middle East where I was working 24/7 so needed rest mostly. GOOD Sorting out crap and arrangements in my apartment. Threw out lots of stuff I didn’t need and visited furniture store to get some inspiration for new furniture. 3 times a week ideally . Depends also on your age and fitness level . Watch boxing matches in your spare time too

I’ve been doing Muay Thai and boxing for the past 14 years in varying degrees of regularity. Never had any bad injuries and my wrists and hands are in tip top shape. Don’t know anything about red pill things and the underlying philosophy but I can guarantee both sports will boost your confidence and feeling of self worth .
