A civilian does not file criminal charges, a district attorney does. They do so after reviewing a victims allegations, case evidence and the law. So in this case, the DA looked over the allegations, compared those with the evidence and the law and filed charges for RAPE. It's not up for debate. I get what you're trying to say, I really do. But maybe you should read the article/articles written about this case. They literally charged her with rape... I'm pretty positive the detectives on this case have more legal knowledge than you. Edit: Her actions are defined in the Oklahoma laws as statutatory rape. I totally agree. BUT, a (not so) similar sub got taken down called mgtow (men going their own way) a year ago or so. It was way less toxic than FDS, mostly men posting pics of their watches next to a beer on a mountain and saying "my former wife would have never approved". The fact that this sub remains up while sometimes literally calling for the death of men and mgtow was removed shows the hypocrisy of Reddit.

I got banned from r/twoxchromosomes after getting into a conversation/small argument. She said that I sent her rape threats and I got banned after asking her for pictures of the messages. IIRC, timing belts are recommended on all of those engines at 100k. Couple that with plugs, tire maintenance, and some miscellaneous, it would easily get up to and over 4K.
