-1	How do we measure 'gender equality'? I don't understand these logical leaps you make. I say there is a system that works to enrich people, most of them historically have been men. Then you ask "oh how does this help the average man?" who cares? That's irrelevant because it's an internal tendency in a certain type of "in group". It isn't a lottery system, the advantage doesn't just exist as a default package deal for all men of all kinds.
