I've worked fast-food and a number of entry level jobs...women get the same pay as men...if companies could pay women .74 intead of a dollar that would probably mean they pay all women under the minimum wage...also why wouldn't McDonald's and other companies hire all women if they can have 26% savings on wages? They don't do that because it's some fake shit
