Totally agree on your point that being able to give legal consent for assault and battery should be limited very carefully. Hmpf...for obvious reasons I don't want to publicise the court papers but please take my word that it truly did happen to me. Also, how far does the consent go? A few years ago I settled out of court for 12k because I jokingly told someone he could hit me and then he brutally rocked me in the face causing me to lose a tooth and postpone my orthodontic treatment.
