Listen OP, this is where everyone is really different. There are a lot of factors that can influence you. Brain activity is usaully one of the biggest. Try avoiding light sources after 9. Try avoiding caffeine, I never knew but I am intolerant and that was causing most of my insomnia. Then, habits. If you manage to follow a sleeping pattern, it only takes one day to ruin it.
