Yet it's a heavily upvoted comment...? So not actively discouraged then. And I've seen so many more comments like this than not. So i actually find it quite funny that you say it's open to all :)

No, you dont actually know anything. If he is that mentally handicapped then how do you that he didn't? If he actually thinks he has a 'shot' with his 'victim,' he obviously is low functioning. I'm curious that you have a crush on a guy who's severely handicapped, im sure that's an equal power balance. Im only asking as this happened at my school. This severely autistic guy got accused of inappropriate touching, but everybody agreed that he just couldn't understand what he did wrong/ didn't mean…

Mean! What does it say about you that you can't even explain why u think the way that you do? Do u think if i went over to a feminist sub, they would explain why they think they are oppressed? Why u being being mean... im just curious???

Yeah, keep telling yourself you dont care about fathers Day. You wanna know what i did for mine? I saved up my allowance and bought him seeds for his favourite flower that he saw when he took me to a flower show. I've made instructions to show him how to care for it and made him a soft crochet pillow to put his knees on when he's gardening. And he always says that we dont need to celebrate fathers Day. It's not about money. it's about thoughtfulness and love, and actually knowing your father. Al…

Hope you never had kids then. What a lovely comment to type. And yet you say a menrights sub isn't misogynistic.

But how do you know that he didn't? You say you like him, so do u think you're biased towards him in this instance and heavily judgemental against this "girl" . Hey, I'm just playing devils advocate.

No, not really. Just that your kids specifically dont give a shit about fathers Day, and you've taken this to mean that you're oppressed. You've said no! It can't be me, that's in the wrong! It's everybody else... It's those women who have done this! Why don't you try introspect on why you subscribe blame to others for your enduring failures.

And yet you stereotyped all men as providers... curious. Bruh, I know you're a shit dad since you said you 'looked after then till they were 18'. You know, if you dont, you get sent to prison, right?? And even when a child turns 18, you know you never stop being a parent, right? Let me guess they moved out at 18 and since then have been lowering contact with you? You get the occasional happy birthday message, but you're not really involved in their lives, are you? Unless they need money or for y…

What exactly is it that you/dads provide? Not seeing your kids till the weekend? Not knowing your children best friends name? their size in clothing? What allergies they have? What doctors they go to? Their favourite food? You ever seen that street interview where the dads couldn't name a single thing about their children? And all the comments agreeing with it. So what exactly do you provide? Do you think that's fair? No.. so what are you going to do about it?

Honestly I just stumbled on to this sub. How are men oppressed exactly? And does seeing mothers day celebrated really hurt you so much? I mean women tend to take on the higher emotional labour at home and still be the primary caretaker for the child even if both parents work, why shouldn't their hard work be celebrated. Did u cry? When you realised it was mothers day? Im not being rude i just generally want to know how u feel ahout be oppressed by a captilised holiday in america.
