12	One in two rape accusations are false! Dominique Strauss-Kahn was jailed, presumed guilty, slandered, without due process. He escaped, but not unscathed. Let us remember the thousands of men, imprisoned unjustly, that are not so lucky, that can’t afford a dream team of lawyers, nor millions for bail What makes you think they aren't? It's insane to try to use statistics from a single state in a whole other country (American perspective) from over a decade ago to make broad declarations like that. German sex crime laws, to say nothing of the court structure, differ in many ways from those in the United States and other nations.
