1	Women in STEM at work I've been in an IT career for 15+ years and can honestly say I've only worked with 1 capable female IT tech, and she was lazy and got away with loads cause she showed some talent to look half decent. I honestly don't care about who the person is as long as they do their job well and fit the team dynamic but the current female 'senior level' tech I work alongside in my speciality is totally useless and wouldn't qualify as a Tier 1/ helpdesk never mind anything with 'senior' in the title. 2	Simply talking to any woman nowadays is like walking on egg shells They are everywhere now. It's not just the stereotypical 20-30 yr old either now. I have to deal with some 40+ woman who has barely moved out of her parents house who can't take even a slight question about what she does or when she will produce work without an emotional tirade back that then tries to unsuccessfully criticize things others have done.
