Muscle makes the biggest difference. You might end up still baby faced but there's undeniably something manly and older about having muscle. Eat a fuck ton of mixed nuts and fruit and hit the gym.

For the more extroverted dude, especially if you're in a male friend group and see a group of female friends a good template to work off of is "Wow look at these beautiful ladies! Focus in on target Something about you though, your energy, I love it" is a good way to put it. It puts aside the physical compliment, which women in groups can often have feelings about, and you can take that brief mental pause to think then start picking up other traits to compliment her on like her smile or giggly n…

A common one is they're on their period, which many men seem to forget about. Another is they might be willing to see you but they're also seeing someone else. That's fine, just compete and be better.

Even if it's an addiction it's hard to see much negativity in it, a pretty harmless thing to just talk to girls. Could only see it going bad if you get a LTR and you can't stop.

Best you can do for your looks is dress very well and get very yoked. Being ugly and yoked by itself is something quite a few women are deadass into. It's more "manly" looking than a pretty boy. As far as mental state, swagger and confidence goes really far in tipping women towards you. Personally, I understand, I am also 5'5. I'm lucky enough to have a good face but due to being short I really need to sell it with a winning personality and alpha behavior to get any girl to like me. I would say,…

5'4, former 110lbs here! Now 140 with a lean musculature. Still skinny in clothes so I just make sure to dress really well. It actually works quite well where women are very surprised by what's underneath, since I'm not bragging about it and it's not super obvious but I have the swag and confidence of a muscular man.

Personally a huge fan of the plank, a well executed plank is one of the best full body exercises and is the quickest route to washboard abs. Putting something flat on you back to remove the round is an especially accurate variation that can help build form and I would tell people that doing this is the single best thing a beginner can get good at.

Hot men? Duh. If you're even a mediocre looking woman and you seek sex, you're gonna get it. A hot girl will basically have any pick of men they want within reason. Few men will turn them down. They (Almost) all lie about their frequency of sex and number of partners. I myself am very non-judgmental and have the catch phrase "I love sluts" as I put it with my male friends. I think sexual freedom is a virtue and being ashamed of having lots of sex as a woman or calling them "Whores" is so hypocri…

I suffer from erectile dysfunction at 22 because of early porn addiction. I'm now treating it so I'm doing better. Especially with a girl I'm banging for the first time, I have a lot of issues with cumming and go limp pretty frequently, as the ED is primarily in a lack of firmness from understimulating erotica. My typical thing to do if I'm not hard is make no attempt to even penetrate. OP messed up REAL bad by not getting hard, and just saying to her "I can't bang" and leaving it at that. Homie…

I'm not very interested in lying a lot. It's okay with a little white lie here and there but it comes off immature to do it about big details of my life or who I am. Also I would enjoy getting with women multiple times, as the few I get with often want to revisit, and lies make for silly little debacles. I would like women to be genuinely attracted to both my appearance and persona. My main struggle is coming off more charming in how I act because I'm awkward.

Well the thing is I live in Japan for work, too much ignorance isn't very realistic. Especially when speaking the language.

See that's why I've been going to clubs more so, because I recognize that short coming. And why I say Negative Game because they'll be initially interested as I approach then I fumble on the way in.

Yeah that sounds right. I feel like I'm pushing a cart with rusty axles when I lead a conversation with a girl. Or shit even when I reciprocate a conversation initiated by a girl.

Similar situation here, I grew up so nerdy and dorky that I seem to fizzle out when alone with women. I get along really well with men and have no problem with extroversion there and women seem to find me more attractive in group scenarios because I can become a heavy presence there and my tendency to avoid being overly invested in the girls (more so due to awkwardness) makes me accidentally charming. Then when they strike up a conversation with me I very, very clearly and painfully drop the bal…

Probably hit it on the nose as far as mentality. Any pointers for conversation starters though? How am I supposed to ngaf but also be the initiator at the club?

Right there, you answered with a dozen "I am, I do" statements. That's while being actively confronted as being self centered. You probably don't realize how much you talk or think about yourself in daily conversation. That being said, it's okay, it's not necessarily an issue as long as you are a kind person, but don't blame you not knowing about your male friend's life on him. Just recognize it's because you really just don't ask him very much and wait for the answer to fall in your lap. Men ar…
