Can anyone share the source of this quote from Rollo please? They’ll never see things from your point of view, even if you think you’ve evolved enough to see theirs’.

How do you learn to be more playful? I might be borderline autistic and don't know how to respond in anything else but a fact based reply...

I see. Still, your progress was incredible in the first four months. I mean, if that was my final result, sex 3-4 times a week with anal, I'd already be satisfied and wouldn't even continue. I'm so far below where you guys are/were even when you started that sometimes I just think is it even possible for me? It's depressing to think about.

It's a great link and compilation (thank you for writing it up) but at the same time it's really discouraging. Your first OYS already had sex 3-4 times a week with anal?

Thank you. I think I'm so deep in the blue pill that even if I were to read it as a 3rd party, I still wouldn't be able to see all the red flags. The "no" is good advice though.

Thank you very much. All points are well taken. Thanks for the advice on budgeting. Regarding the lifts, they are around double of what they were a year ago when I first started. I've been sitting at a desk for most of the last 15 years and I couldn't even clench my back muscles properly when I first started. My personal trainer says to prioritize good form and proper muscle control over weight for the time being. Not trying to make excuses, just trying to give more context to see if there's any…

Thank you. I have read a couple of your posts. I really hope that I can reach your level someday. Is there any way to better internalize concepts? I've read alot of the sidebar too. Everything makes sense from a theoretical perspective. But I struggle alot to maintain frame and actually put it into practice.

OYS #1 Background: 38M, married for 14 years. Wife 40F. Two kids (5, 7). Been a career beta all of my life. Started the MRP journey a couple of months ago, but still having trouble internalizing and applying the concepts. The blue-pill is very deeply ingrained in me and I need all the help I can get. Objective: * Stop being a feminine bitch * Become more attractive, less unattractive * Better sex * Develop a life mission (other than making money and taking care of the family) Books: Read NMMNG, …

I see, thanks. We had an argument last week where I flat out said I wanted to have an open relationship if she's not going to give me sex. She KEPT it bringing it up this week, trying to guilt me into apologizing for saying that (I didn't). Alternating with "I don't care if you leave" - possibly a bluff or just very shortsighted thinking because her lifestyle will take a drastic hit if we split. To be honest at this income level where I live (not the US) I could easily find a younger and more ob…

Thanks, makes sense. What about that RP part that says you have to punish or at least withhold from your women if she disrespects you?
/r/askMRP21/11/23 06:48 AM

Hey man, great post and website. Can I ask you about some things on your website? You talk about being genuinely nice (doing something for a women after they've done something for you), rather than being a nice guy (doing something for a women in order to get something in return). What I'm struggling with understanding is two things: Doesn't that put the woman in the position of the needy "nice guy" (to do things for you to get your attention in return)? If being a nice guy is so bad (dishonest,…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
