A meal I enjoy is yogurt and granola with fresh fruit cut into it. I add a little of whatever fruit I have including pineapple, banana, pomegranate, oranges etc. A teaspoon of pure honey and mix. Not really "cooking", but a great filling healthy meal that is extra great after a workout. Also, I used a food service that delivered recipes and ingredients for making a meal. It taught me how to make meals on my own.

I just got back from a bike ride, which is an awesome experience that I enjoy every day. I actually just bought a new sweet bike. Not many years ago, but seems like a lifetime, I decided to ride my bike no matter what (too heavy to run and to ashamed to be honest).
