There is plenty of evidence and it's stong enough you just don't care because feminsts have you all brainwashed to the point of being desensitised when it comes to boys. Smaking a boy across the face is illegal as is cutting any part of his body, so it IS illegal, but you 'enable' the police by turning a blind eye.
