Thanks! I already have the book and have mostly internalized this phase [BP --> RP]. Now, I am basically looking for self-actualization - I am at the base camp of this journey and am looking for stories/tips from people have made it to the top of this mountain.

The rage have subsided entirely. The depression/emptiness (purpose stripped away) have also almost passed. I am in the stage of internalizing this shift in purpose, from what I had before to [self-actualization] and was looking to learn from people who have gone through this before already. monasticism I fear that this would be like going from one school of indoctrination straight to another. Are there any other options to invent internal validation apart from religious/spiritual sources? Disclaimer: My understanding of asceticim/monasticism is naive and is based on the wiki articles I perused through after reading your comments.

Thanks, that's what I've been discovering. Luckily, I have the opportunity to do exactly what I love for my career so am blessed in that regard. However, I wanted to see if there was a dedicated resource to accelerate this process by learning from others. Learning the recipes of what worked best for people, tips and tricks to prevent relapse, and the pitfalls to look out for this part of the journey.
