It's up to the judge so you can never be 100% sure. But you can increase your chances by having her record a video statement with her own attorney and sign with a notary a year before marriage. If a prenup is signed soon before marriage, it's more likely to get thrown out.

How do we make prenuptial agreements more socially acceptable to both genders? What matters is how the courts handle prenups. Judges can throw them out if they believe it unfairly benefits the man, or if the woman claims she signed it under duress. There is no safe way to marry.

I go to the gym late whenever I can. Women usually don't go during the hours that they can't get enough attention from men. I was in the freeweights area with a couple other guys, and a woman came in, touched a couple of light dumbbells, then literally danced up and down the row of benches for 20 minutes. There's a room for that with lots of empty space and mirrors, but no men in there. Seriously, I wish there were male only gyms.

I have heard of men hiring surrogates in other countries, and saving money doing it. The egg can come from a different woman. Then you have to make sure your child gets citizenship in your country.
