Thats true. At any income level if consumption outpaces whatever you save you'll always be poor. I'll have a look at rich dad poor dad at some point. I do Muay Thai and BJJ. I hit weights on average 3 days a week but I'm at 5 at the moment as I'm recovering from a meniscus and fat pad injury in my knee so I can't roll or spa atm. Usually I am training in one way or another 5-6 days a week. BJJ 3 days a week minimum and 3 days strength training. Muay Thai once a week.
