You don’t need to be young for this to resonate! I lost my 20s to my not fantastic marriage. I never really learned how to grow out of that deeply uncomfortable acting as of all the boys are looking stage. I’m doing that now. It’s good. It’s helpful. I no longer feel as much of a teenager as I did a couple of years ago
