Thanks for the reply. I have a selfie and a gym selfie. The only reason I get matches is cause I'm in good shape. I need to work on photos badly.

I need tips on great pictures. I'm a not bad looking guy but my photos are terrible. Advice here would be great.

The only reason she didn't cheat is cause Chad didn't want to travel for her CC pussy. She tried to cheat on you. It only didn't happen because she got turned down.

It's not hard for me to imagine at all. I've been on here since very close to the start. Most of the article you've chosen will be sensationalised. Yes the actual story may be true but TDM is lies upon lies upon lies. If there is a ton of other news outlets reporting it, choosing one of them would have been better. TDM has no credibility whatsoever and it draws away from the credibility of this sub which is something we don't need given the unjustified negativity towards us already.

dailymail 98% chance it's 98% made up.

Those are degrees in the UK. 2.1 is okay, 2.2 is trash. A "first" is best though.

It's The Daily Mail That's all that needs to be said. Case closed, TDM is a joke. Somewhere between TMZ and the onion.

Pull/Push/Legs twice a week is a great option.

Yeah I agree. I wasn't saying make 4hrs of sleep the norm, but if I get 4hrs for whatever reason and I have the choice to go to the gym or stay at home, you best believe I'm going.

The days you've had a long day on 4hrs sleep and have no desire to go. The 2am deadlift sessions. Walking miles in torrential rain just to train instead of sitting home watching Netflix. Getting up at 5am just to train before work/uni cause it's your only opportunity that day. These are the sessions that separate the men from the boys. The champions from the did runs. The "have you been working out?" comments to the "holy fuck, dude, you're shredded"

Even then, unless one is going for ones pro card sometime soon, one can never be "too big." Girls hate guys who look like bodybuilders, not your regular guy who's juiced to the eyeballs.

Side note, her personality is really fucked up. Really combative - much more than just typical bitchiness. Also, requires 'wake up' texts and constant attention, which I haven't and won't give her. Sounds like the kind of girl who can cause problems down the line. The best advice would be for you to cut contact, but I like putting my dick in crazy so I'd plate her.

I'm 23. Been on for 6 months. 12 week blast, 8 week cruise and now I'm on week 6 or 7 of this current blast. If you have finished having kids then I'd recommend B&C. It's not worth putting your body through the hormonal shitstorm that is PCT unless you have to. We have Ask Anything threads every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, as well as an off topic thread on the same days. You should lurk in these for a few weeks. Honestly man, they're life changing. The "alpha" feeling they all go on about …

Steroids are one of the best decisions of my life. The feeling of running 15x your natty levels is just incredible. My success with women has trebled since I started blasting and cruising.

Calm down, sugar plum. Doesn't take away from the fact it's in bad taste to give TDM any page views whatsoever.

Yeah but it pushes TRP theory so most won't care unfortunately.

Why quit? Enjoy it in moderation instead. Cannabis is a beautiful thing if used correctly. Use it for enjoyment and to better yourself, don't abuse it.

I read it as saying 170 is the ideal weight for someone once they've been weight training, not that 170 is the ideal "normal" beginner weight. Yeah, 220lbs is way heavier than one should start at. The guy should cut to <15% before he does anything else.

6'2", 200lbs, 11%. Only started looking good 10lbs ago. Could easily pack on another 20 onto my frame before it's ideal. 170 at 6'1" is way off.
/r/TheRedPill20/11/14 01:25 AM
1

He's wrong. At 6'1" you could be 210-220 and as long as that was mostly lean mass you'd look ideal. 170 is far too low though. I'm 6'2" and at 170 I was DYEL.
/r/TheRedPill20/11/14 01:24 AM
1

So wrong. I'm 6'2" and at 170 was DYEL. I'm 200 now and only been looking decent for the last 10lbs. Honestly, ideal size for my height is 210-225. 170 is so far off though. Maybe if you were 5'9 then yeah, but not 6'1".

Paranoia and anxiety are the ones that get you. However these come at high doses and when it is run for a very long time. Other side effects include insomnia and sweating.

Squats don't work traps but deadlifts destroy them. They also get targeted in rows and are directly worked in shrugs.

It's football as in soccer. It's a UK link. They're built like normal men, if not often slimmer due to running so much.

Is there an alternate source? I'm not giving TDM the page view. No matter how much it gets brought up that it's a joke so many still use it.

It's much like hot The Daily Mail keeps getting linked on this sub because it back up TRP philosophy, even though it is common knowledge that TDM completely make up most of their stories. It's things like that which draw away from the excellence of this sub. There's so many amazing ideas and thoughts on this sub that have their credibility tarnished by linking TDM.

There is definitely a massive difference between the daily mail and quality journalism. Every single person from the UK understands that the daily mail is a joke. They don't just make up some stories, they make up most.
/r/TheRedPill10/09/14 12:23 AM

I don't value anyone's opinion who credits the daily mail more than the guardian. I'd rather get my news and journalism from the onion.
/r/TheRedPill10/09/14 12:21 AM

Agreed. It's one step away from the onion.

How does the women of the UK have anything to do with the credibility of one particularly laughable tabloid? Linking the daily mail is one step away from linking the onion. I was merely trying to bring it to the attention of those not from here.

I don't read news sources for their opinions of feminism. I read them based on the quality of the journalism and the stories/events they report. Daily Mail are notorious for making stories up. I don't trust anything they say and I don't respect then as journalists or a business.
/r/TheRedPill09/09/14 06:16 PM

I 100% second this. I often get down voted when ever I bring this up but it is true, the daily mail is a laughing stock here in the UK and it's widely known that they completely make up arrives and stories for clicks. Honestly, this sub gets a bad enough name as it is. The last thing we need are a bunch of anger stage posts linking and ranting about a daily mail article.

Can we all stop linking the daily mail?
