Unfortunately its what I need to bulk. I find I maintain my weight around the 3500kcal mark, anything less than that and I lose weight. Makes cutting easier but Bulking is a bitch. Also great point with the sunlight, its something I find I lack.

From Europe. Sadly its not in the UK, and to make it worse what you get at the end is fairly worthless

What was it you chose to do instead out of interest?

It is more a year off to see the world, continue earning money (I am currently working a couple of jobs) and try my hand at entrepreneurship. Although I will admit it's mainly so If I do go to college I can go with a bit of money behind me as well as a heightened SMV.
/r/askTRP23/02/16 09:43 PM

Alot better than it was. I use to be completely motivated at everything I did but that has turned to shit over the last 5 years. Since finding the Red Pill 6 months ago I am starting to improve everyday. Working 2 jobs, achieving solid grades, payed for braces, elocution lessons, I am gradually getting to where I want but I question if College will not just hinder the progress. What love to hear your thoughts
/r/askTRP23/02/16 09:40 PM

The issue is I feel I won't be gaining experience and the necessary training needed through college. I just feel those things are best gained outside of the classroom in the real world.

Cheers buddy, I think I'm just gonna have to up the calories again to 3500 out of interest what is your mass gainer?
/r/askTRP17/02/16 04:04 PM

Yeah they've helped me out a lot, just have been struggling to hit my 3000 kcal target lately? Out of interest would you recommend sticking with Greyskull, or moving on to a more traditional program such as starting strength?
/r/askTRP17/02/16 03:17 PM
1

Yeah I basically am. Just shy of six foot weighed 50kg when I started, have since pushed that up to 60kg but my diet has gone to shit over the new year. Will deffo have to try upping my weight some more
/r/askTRP17/02/16 02:36 PM
1

Yeah I'd say that is definitley has had an impact, Since the New Year I've had a lot going on meaning I haven't been as dedicated as I should be, and yeah basically with Greyskull I keep finding myself unable to beat my PB and having to reset, where I could once Bench 60kg at 5 reps I am finding now I am hitting 55kg at best.
/r/askTRP17/02/16 02:34 PM
2

Before Greyskull I would often fuck about in the gym doing what ever I felt like. These "Sessions" would basically revolve around me fucking around with Barbell curls and Benching as much as I could, which is basically the reason why my Squat is so far behind. The worrying thing for me though is the fact that I am already Plateauing on my Squat at such a low weight

Some great simple Goals, I hope to live in Thailand myself when I'm older. I think you've pretty much hit the nail on the head in terms of the goal setting, I think I'm just going to do the same as you and focus on what I really want rather than getting overwhelmed by too much. Thanks for replying it's given me a lot to think about

I think this is where I have been going wrong, when I found TRP in October I was only looking three months or so ahead to the end of 2015, however now I'm looking to far ahead and the lack of success is discouraging me. Thanks for the advice Its helped me make sense of it

I'm from the UK so where in America I think you guys get to choose a variety of subjects settling with one, over here we only get to specialize in one. So basically I'm just waiting until I know what it is I actually want to do rather than studying something that doesn't interest me

From the UK but thanks for replying :)

It would be also the benefit of the money that is drawing me more towards it. As an officer I would be earning 25k of disposable of income which I can put towards other things when I leave.

Not Blue pill but there was no need whatsoever to call her a bitch. All it does is reinforces the stereotype the rest of reddit seems to have of us making it harder for new guys to find TRP as well as increasing the chances this sub-reddit that has saved so many lives get's banned.

I'm not Bluepill but there is no need whatsoever to call her a bitch, she's asking a serious question about whether it is acceptable for her to post here, a simple "No" would have sufficed rather than being a cunt and enforcing the "Women Hating" stereotype that makes it harder for others to find TRP.

I'm in a sort of similar situation to you. I'm also 18 and have been lifting for about 3 months now as well as starting MMA about a month ago. Have to say man MMA fucking hurts... Alot. Your body is tested to the limit nearly everytime you go, my personal advice would be to lift first and get a base strength/routine going before doing MMA and give yourself a day rest after any workout/coaching session, the aching does start to subside so maybe once your body has adapted and no longer is aching a…

This is me in a nutshell, I think alot of it comes down to putting girls on a pedestal, I find that I can talk to HB 6 or lower I can talk easily but the hotter the girl the more Beta I become. Its currently my aim to try and get over this however I'm finding progress slow.

My original plan was to go work at Tesco for 6 months after my A-Levels before travelling Asia with the plan being to go University afterwards. However, on saturday I was offered the managerial job and the fact I could be earning 26k a year at 19 paired with the life skills that would come with seems just too good to turn down. My plan has always been to be my own boss (I was going to study business at Uni) so the accountancy course will be something I will definatly looking into. I have already…

If you were to try and correlate this into the TRP world, being financially responsible is a sign of being alpha. Thats why I thought it would be best to ask you guys here. Fantastic place to get infomation from knowledgable guys such as yourself

Sorry I tend to do over do it in my other posts and they normally get ignored. I'm 18, currently still at high school however have been offered a managerial role at my saturday job at Tesco (UK's version of Walmart) Currently, although it would be nice, I have no immediate plans to move out, however I do plan on hopefully travelling out to the far east in a couple of years. I'm more asking in respect to a what would you do rather than a tailored plan.

Thats actually a very valid point, it would allow to exclude Lesbians and more loyal women. Also interesting point about wealth, would be really interesting to see if SMV can be broken down into an exact science

Would be interesting to see if I could implement both Status and implication somehow

Thankyou for the reply. Basically the plan was to go university in a couple of years time after I had been travelling and continued to work on myself and my SMV. However now I'm torn between doing that or the management thing with the plan being to go university after that

I'll confess I used to be on to skip leg day however since finding TRP a couple of months back I've been taking workouts seriously and have been including Squats in all my workouts. Why do you ask? Does this have an impact?

You probably will need more pics of you actually doing stuff, go for the shirtless one for now, but see if you can get a shirtless pic of you doing something active that increases your SMV

I'm in a similar position to you mate, however recently I have greatly improved this through just interacting as much as possible with girls trying to just make friends with them rather than just trying to fuck them. Try to start of small and build your comfort levels? Ask some girls in your classes what the homework was? Attempt to just make friends and the rest will come naturally. I was in the same position, up until I discovered TRP the only females I would interact with were my teachers and…

"Don't get bitter over a bit of banter" If they give it out give it straight it back, turn it on them. If they insult your height, insult their weight. If they say you have a shit outfit, tell them they have a shit haircut. Its just a bit of friendly competitive banter, try not to take it to heart. If I was you mate, I would try to work on your confidence, try to have an attitude where your not dependent on whether they like your outfit or not and instead be dependent on your own views

I don't plan on it being. I find TRP and AskTRP to be the only community on the internet that is effective in helping men my age progress in all areas of there lives and in my opinion in terms of self-development and helping other men better there lives there is no place better, hence me asking the question.

Understandably, due to the lack of Red Pill content it didn't really receive much advise, with just two comments saying complete opposite ends of the spectrum. I was hoping through possibly asking with less details I may see one or two more responses, so I can get a varience of opinions. Also (whilst it wouldn't really impact my decision) I would be interested in knowing what it would do to my SMV and if the money would counter the fact its quite an glamorous job. As your someone who from your f…

Was saying it in a Sarcastic measure, should have left a disclaimer. But having said that I saw it as a way of furthering the self-development I have made since discovering the Red Pill as well as a way of Increasing my SMV, and hopefully gaining some new experiences

Thats the issue, I don't know what to study. In the UK you major in just the one subject rather than multiple ones like you do in the US. At this moment in time I'm in a transition phase and I'm not sure what I want to do with my life. Prior to the offer my plan was to go travel the far east and dedicate a year to working on myself

Look up GreySkullLP, a similar kind of program that does see better results, however what I would imagine you would need instead is to alter your diet to your aims and try to get more rest. Out of interest are you trying to cut or bulk?

Probably not the answering your looking for but as an 18 year old, I have set out a list of things I want to achieve by the age of 25. Wont list them all here but I think some fundamental ones that everyone should have are: Moved out, I think by the age of 25 I would be hugely dissapointed if I am still stuck living in the same house with my parents, even if its just a flat with some mates I feel I need to be out of the house Have a suitable career set up.
