For me, it's like when people ask me, "If you are about gender equality, why aren't you a feminist?" Because while on paper, it looks good, the actual movement itself is full of vitriol. I still subscribe to some of the basic tenets of The Red Pill, but I'm not about to associate myself with that ideology when there aren't a small number of people who give it a bad rep.

Except I actually didn't. I went with your example to show how ridiculous it is. It's called rhetoric. Learn some.

You realize that the median income in the US is around 36k, right? So even if both parents are working, the total income would barely be over 70k. Are you saying that more than half of the population would be irresponsible if they had even one kid? He's intelligent, I'll give him that. But like most other people in his position, he does not debate fairly. He harps on any mistake his opponent makes and quickly changes subject when he makes one, and bullies his opponent into not going back to talk about his mistake. While most of the time, he does say good stuff, I've also noticed a fair bit straw-manning on his part.

I think it exists, but not to the extent that TRP groups say. I feel it even as a 24 y/o male. Most of the people I know are either already in LTR or married, or are in the mindset of no serious relationships at all. So yeah, the longer you wait, the more people your own age will be unavailable, regardless of your gender. When you do get older, you're faced with the problem that most people in their thirties will have some sort of baggage and whether or not you want to give them a chance despite…

It's like how on the other end of the spectrum, not all feminists are man-haters. There are people who truly believe in gender equality under the feminist label, but unfortunately, a few bad apples spoil the bunch. The loudest voices in both the MGTOW and Feminist communities are hateful, so while the ideals of both look good on paper, in practice both are actually just echo chambers of hurt people being hurtful.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
