Then the subreddit must PROMOTE even more such events, something which no one here even thought to say in the comments, the subreddit immediately switched to surrender without thinking about how to react in a concrete way. It's all indignation without plans on how to act. Feminists are responsible for many things, but not for the inactivity of the subreddit.

I'm sorry, but this time I have to criticize this subreddit as well. This is yet another post that talks about a serious problem, but it just does it to complain. Why don't we talk about this event too? We're all so busy being outraged at feminists that we're not even trying to discuss the event. Who organized it? Will there be more? Where can I find out more? The wage gap doesn't make any sense economically speaking. Let's say I'm hiring, why should I not hire women then? They do the same amount of work as men and they are cheaper. Even sexist people like cheaper labour, and they would hire women only.
