My first situation, I didn't even know about the boyfriend so it was inadvertent (when I was more beta, so the dude must have been super-beta) but when I found out about him, I felt shitty. 2	When a buddy keeps bragging about a hook up with a family member Sure, they're two consenting adults and can do whatever they want. But to go out of his way to constantly bring it up when he knows it makes you uncomfortable is a shitty thing to do. Growing up, I used to punch people in the face. 3	Swallowing TRP: Learning from Cringe Experiences I most definitely cringe. Thinking back on things I've said and done just for approval makes me slightly ill. At first, when I first discovered TRP, I was pisssssed. The truth was right in front of me and I ignored it, which led to some dark times.
