I've been big on self improvement the past couple years. Dropped 100 pounds, enrolled in school and graduate in December as an RN. Dress better, posture, body language I try to convey..Lifting is the one thing I need to force myself to do. I'm currently 6'4 190 pounds and 26 yo, I need to add muscle but I have this huge mental roadblock about it. I just can't seem to get started with it. It's not even the lifting itself, I have the willpower and motivation to stick to a training program and diet…

That's an interesting perspective. I'm not sure I want to have a friendship break off talk with her just because it will get around to classmates and I'll seem petty. I think I will let my actions speak for me in this situation.

We don't work together together but around each other, I will keep it friendly and treat her like any other co worker. If she tries to talk about this I'll follow your advice. What if she ends up wanting to date though? If she invites me to do stuff and hang how do I tell if it's with that intention and not friends?
