-8	Fists E for Everyone No it won't, because they teach you under the assumption that your opponent is also boxing or kickboxing. Obviously boxing will make you punch better but if you're dancing around like Muhammad Ali you're just going to fall over and crack your head on the ground the first time someone pushes you or you find yourself on slightly uneven terrain.
