Rich Cooper and his group are a bunch of assholes. They think they are god's gift to women and know how women tick. I don't think anything they can say can be backed up with evidence,

I think most women and men would prefer to go out with someone who is in shape so you are definitely ahead in the game. I don't think it is lost cause if you are overweight though. I am overweight and was recently in a relationship so there are women in my example who will date guys who are overweight.

I think some guys care what kind of career/job a woman is employed in and some don't. I do think it is a question of financial stability though. Can you support yourself.

I think in general women have the advantage over men when it comes to online dating. Women are far more picky then men when it comes to who they will match with. Men on the other hand will match/like just about any woman as long as they find them attractive and then decide if do match with someone whether or not they are actually worth pursuing. Women are more discerning from the get-go.
