Not a lawyer here. But, guessing the judge might order her to limit his contact with the children. But prob won't limit her contact with them based on the risk he poses. Hard to get supervised visitation unless the parent is the one posing the direct risk. So, you'll have to monitor this situation as she will still have the kids some of the time. That said, I would do what you did. Thankfully you got a hearing scheduled quickly.
