13	Practical tips on how to kill your laziness/procrastination? fuck discipline, use systems. Most productive people don't fight their urges, they have systems in place that dont give you the urges. Phone is distracting? delete all apps with notifications. You catch yourself checking youtube? facebook? download site blocking software, and block it during your works hours or just leave 2 hrs in the evening.
