My best guess is that those who disliked your comment immediately thought of false rape accusations and how easy it is do do false accusations. So sure, these situations you described are examples of rape / SA, but they are also easy scenarios for a false rape accuser to claim because they are nearly unfalsifiable when evidence is not a factor in the court's decisions

You'd be surprised at what counts as rape. Ever heard of "yes means yes"? That means that if a woman has to enthusiastically and verbally say "yes" to sex every few minutes during sex and the man has to read the woman's mind if she changes her mind midway through but decides for some reason not to tell the man. i.e. miscommunication = rape. Of course, "yes means yes" never gets applied the other way around

2-10% is literally just taken out of thin air and made up on the spot. I'd say false rape accusations are just as common as rape. I would even go farther and say that false rape accusations are an act of rspe in and of itself because it encourages others (especially prison gangs) to rape the falsely accused physically AND it rapes the man's reputation

I would say that even a conviction is unreliable because many accusations and convictions are false. I don't trust the court system because the system intentially biases the jury in its favor. If society really wanted to end false rape accusations, it would treat frivilous / false accusers the way a person is treated when found guilty: Expulsion. Add a large financial liability and potentially even criminal charges if the false accusation ruined the man's reputation

I get the need to protect women from online abuse, but men also need to be protected. Men get dehumanized by plenty of media outlets and commenters, and it makes men feel equally as uncomfortable. Or the criminal justice system may even pretend the man's guilty of raping or abusing the woman when in reality, the woman raped or abused the man.
