Rent for month, and get a place close by. Don't give up on 50-50. The newness will wear off and your daughter will want to see you. Maybe you can let her do things with her friends while she has time with you.

If you don't have kids, get a new lawyer.

Get temporary order letting you stay in the house. You need a lawyer.

These women might not go to jail or prison for their actions, but they do lose things in the end.

You will get half of the value if the item was sold at a garsge sale. Make some purchases of your own. It is unlikely that you will get half of the $1,000 tv as cash in your pocket. If/when you get kicked out of the house those items will disappear and you won't event get garage sale value.

She may be responsible for medical bills if she removes him from insurance. Get a lawyer ASAP

Start recording for your protection. If she does anything to endanger the kids, call the cops. Be ready to get kicked out of the house by the cops. Take things you care about and give them to family. Maybe save some cash, or gift cards at family's place soon you have money to live. Tell your family what's about to go down. Be in a good place at work, you wont get a promotion while going though divorce.

Sorry this happened to you. I've heard similar stories of hiding cash. The most "clever" was getting paychecks sent through the mail just before mediation so they don't show up in an account but can be deposited later.

Who is they? Fought against a STBXW? Many have. STBXW's playbooks are very similar, almost as if there is a how-to guide in a store for "unhappy married women" Tell your lawyer you want to see your kids ASAP, and you want 50/50(don't give up on it if you want it)

Seems impossible to change the courts. We need to reduce the amount of traffic($) they get if we want change. Don't give up 50/50.

Probably nothing. She is throwing everything, and seeing what sticks. She also might want you to get upset so she can call police and put you in jail. Record everything. Maybe you can't use recordings in court(check local laws) but you can show the police you didn't raise your voice when they show up at your door. If she says anything just laugh or smile, document, and don't react. Talk to a lawyer today.

Friend of mine had false accusations made and it took over a year to have them dismissed. Nothing happened to the accuser. This guy would have possibly lost his job(he was on leave), and then home not having income for a year. It is terrible our courts allow this misuse, and there is nearly zero support for these men.

Did you show your STBXW these texts already? If she saw them and still married you and still wanted to have a child with you, they must have not bothered her then...

Leave her and you get to do what you want.

Is this a recent (post birth) issue? She, and even you, might need counseling.

Domestic Violence. She is basically telling you it's coming because she was told it's a way to get everything she wants. Protect yourself and your kids. If she is combative and starting fights, leave with the kids.

Tell your lawyer you want 50/50. Go to meditation and don't back down from 50/50. Don't give up here, no matter what. Worst case you get extended through the court but you tried your best.

Be ready for false DV claim. Record audio if you can. If or when she gets argumentative, get your kids and leave.
