1	Going through the divorce process and I'm so sad Every situation is different, my separation/divorce process took about two years. When it first started I hit rock bottom and I felt like crap, basically I would go through the process of making progress then regressing however it was more of a 3 steps forward move then 1 step back. The key will be consistency, no matter what type of person you are you must learn to identify what is the one thing that is going to help you get through this.
