My mom has hit me a few times growing up. Once so serious that my eye swelled shut and I couldn't go to school the next day. She denies any abuse ever happened. She also verbally, and on occasion, physically abuses my dad. She's also an extreme type of feminist, almost the same type of woman you'd find on FDS. Not quite sure which choice to pick

I don't see why it being the same sport with different uniforms is even relevant. That doesn't mean the men aren't being "sexualized" in the other sports. Would you be saying the same thing if the men's diving team were wearing something that covers almost half their body and the women's diving team were wearing nothing but a tiny bikini bottom?

When I was 14 a girl a couple years older than me put her hand on my inner thigh and moved up my leg toward my crotch. It made me so uncomfortable that I stood up and moved away from her. She laughed at me and a guy sitting next to me said I should have “stood my ground” instead of moving away from her. Until today I thought of it as a favor I turned down or something like that, even though I didn’t want it and didn’t consent to it. It took me until I was 29 to realize she assaulted me.
