Don't worry about your appearance; when you know how to play in other fields, you don't need to be gorgeous. Just learn how to communicate (even non-verbally) and you'll see better results. Confidence and self-confidence are the two most important things, and you need to work on them the most. It's not a quick process, but we've ALL been there. There are also other ways to gain experience without diving right in (I've been anxious too, and that approach is one of the worst things).

For those who don't post stories but use Instagram, there are other ways to avoid replying to stories. For those who don't use Instagram, there's nothing they can do on Instagram. But in 2026, almost no one uses Instagram even to watch reels.

You have to create the stimulus, friend. If they don't want to respond to what you wrote, then what you wrote is clearly wrong. If someone wrote the same message to you, you wouldn't respond either.

You're right, social media is a showcase, but it can be extremely useful at the beginning. When I was little, I knew nothing about seduction, I didn't know how to speak and I was very anxious. I generally analyze screens that don't contain sensitive data. I often analyze stories and recommend a first approach. But I'm often wary of this technique. I want the student to learn, so I usually help them think without immediately giving them the solution.
