I disagree. My dad is no longer "physically" doing the things he used to ( mow the grass, build or fix things), but he is still very much the head of household. I have lots of respect for him and it'll never change.

A masculine man is independent, physically/mentally strong, in control of himself, confident, assertive, sets clear boundaries, takes the lead, provides for his family, etc...(traits of my 82 year old father). I see no reason why anyone wouldn't be attracted to that. The problem I see with some women is that they confuse anger, controlling, overbearing, and abusive behavior with dominance and masculinity.
