5	Stop FAKING confidence, stop lying and stop trying to impress people. Stop trying to 'be alpha' - this doesn't just fail, it actively undoes your real confidence. This is the single biggest mistake there is. The right way is a lot harder, but works. You're both talking in extremes. Inner though has benefits, but used too much it can be problematic.
