I think most guys when they are young. Some when they are old go through a period like this. When I was in college I got heart broken. At the time I wanted to be single for the rest of my life. But I also didn't feel like leading anyone on. So I would tell them upfront that I was dating other people. I am not into anything serious right now. Some was cool with it. Some were not. That was fine. But if they started catching feelings they were warned. Eventually I ran into someone I had feelings fo…

Text her back but ask to see. Take her to dinner or a coffee. Attractions aren't made over txt. They are made in person.

My wife has MS. That is the root of the problem. It has started to effect her mental faculties. This is a woman that in the best part of her life had lots of successes. She does not take failure well. Her family I don't think would be very supportive. They likely would blame her. It's not her fault. It's the disease. I fear what would happen to her if I was to divorce her.

I been married to her for 15 yrs. Things were great the first 10 years. Just been going down hill the last 5. Became jaded and resentful 2 yrs ago. Tried to get over it. Rekindle the passion and love that I had for her. But I am coming to the conclusion it is not working. She hasn't done anything horrible to cause my feelings. To scared to divorce her. But can't go on like this. I feel stuck which causes the resentment.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
