But if things were already pretty heated, as they were in the video with what I assume was an argument before hand and an unpredictable angry woman kicking the dudes car, I’d consider it plausible she could have been going for a weapon. Vehicular assault isn’t always justified obviously, but if action has already been taken by one party and said party is unpredictable, retaliatory action may be necessary. The moment the man drives away he’d be getting shot at.
