| 1 | Learning about detachment.During an earlier breakup (mid-30's), I went straight into meditation, breathwork, and yin yoga... it helped a lot. This one is different. I just can't find acceptance and I'm immobilized from grief. I literally quit my job, went on disability for anxiety and depression, and now I spend the majority of my days sedated and lying in bed, trying to forget about her and plan my next move.
