13	A woman strips completely naked on a public street in the middle of the day with children nearby and nothing happens. I guess you only get in trouble if you're naked in your own home at 6am. I thought he was talking about the guy who lived across from the school bus stop and went to the refrigerator at 6am to get something to drink and a neighbor looked through his windows and saw him so he got arrested.
